This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made on the Elyvie platform. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Elyvieは、チャット内のAI画像生成や音声通話などのプレミアム機能にクレジット制を採用しています。 (a) 一般ポリシー。すべてのクレジット購入は原則として最終的なものとみなされます。クレジットは購入後直ちに提供され利用可能となるデジタル商品であるため、通常の状況では未使用クレジットの返金は行いません。 (b) サービス失敗時の自動クレジット返金。AI画像生成操作がシステムエラーにより失敗し、出力が提供されなかった場合、その操作で消費されたクレジットは自動的にアカウント残高へ返金されます。お客様の操作は不要で、返金は即時に行われます。 (c) 音声通話クレジット。音声通話機能では、正常に接続された分数に対してのみクレジットが課金されます。通話が接続に失敗した場合、クレジットは差し引かれません。
For purchases made via credit or debit card: (a) Refund Window. You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any of the credits purchased in that transaction. (b) Partial Use. If you have used some but not all credits from a purchase, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion based on the number of unused credits remaining. (c) Processing Time. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. (d) Refund Denial. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse of the refund policy, including but not limited to: repeated purchase-and-refund patterns, use of credits before requesting a refund, or fraudulent activity.
For purchases made via cryptocurrency (USDT on Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, or other supported networks): (a) Blockchain Irreversibility. Cryptocurrency transactions are processed on public blockchain networks and are inherently irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed or refunded through the blockchain. (b) Credit Refunds. If you are eligible for a refund on a cryptocurrency purchase, the refund will be issued as credits to your Elyvie account rather than returned to your wallet. (c) Network Fees. Any blockchain network fees (gas fees) paid during the original transaction are non-refundable, as these fees are paid to network validators and are outside our control.
If your account is terminated: (a) Voluntary Termination. If you choose to delete your account, any unused credits in your balance are forfeited and are non-refundable. (b) Involuntary Termination. If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Content Moderation Policy, all unused credits are forfeited without refund. (c) Service Discontinuation. In the event that Elyvie discontinues the Service entirely, we will make reasonable efforts to provide refunds or credit transfers for unused purchased credits.
To request a refund, please contact our support team: (a) Email. Send your request to jenny@elyvie.ai with the subject line "Refund Request." (b) Required Information. Please include: your account email or wallet address, the date and amount of the purchase, the payment method used, and the reason for your refund request. (c) Response Time. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and provide a final decision within 5 business days.
We may consider refund requests outside the standard policy in the following circumstances: (a) Service Outage. If the platform experiences a significant outage that prevents you from using purchased credits for an extended period. (b) Billing Error. If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a system error. (c) Unauthorized Purchase. If you believe an unauthorized purchase was made on your account, please contact us immediately. All exception requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. The most current version is always available on this page.
