Elyvie is committed to maintaining a safe and responsible platform. This policy explains the content we prohibit, how Elyvie uses human review for user-generated (UGC) characters, and how users can report concerns by email so our team can review complaints and take appropriate action.
Elyvie maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual exploitation of minors. (a) Prohibited Content. It is strictly prohibited to generate, upload, distribute, or request any content depicting minors in sexual or suggestive contexts. This includes AI-generated imagery, text descriptions, and any other form of media. (b) Human Review of UGC Characters. Elyvie reviews user-generated characters for policy compliance, including age-related concerns, as part of its moderation process. Characters that appear to depict minors or invite sexualized minor content are not permitted. (c) User Reports. Users can report suspected CSAM or any age-related concern by emailing jenny@elyvie.ai with relevant details, such as character names, conversation IDs, or image URLs. (d) Enforcement and Escalation. When Elyvie confirms a violation, we may remove content, restrict or terminate accounts, and, where required by law, report suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant law enforcement authorities.
Elyvie requires AI characters made available on the platform to be presented as adults aged 18 or older. (a) Character Standards. Character profiles should identify the character as 18 or older and should not use names, descriptions, backstories, artwork, or other presentation choices that reasonably suggest the character is a minor. (b) UGC Review. User-generated characters are subject to human review by the Elyvie team. The review focuses on the submitted character profile and available presentation materials, such as age, description, backstory, personality framing, and artwork. (c) No Minor Role-Play. Characters that are presented as minors, appear underage, or invite sexualized minor role-play are not permitted. If such a concern is identified through review or user report, Elyvie may remove or edit the character and take appropriate account action. (d) Reporting Concerns. Users should email jenny@elyvie.ai if a character or interaction appears to violate this age policy.
In addition to CSAM, the following content categories are prohibited on Elyvie: (a) Non-Consensual Content. Any content depicting or promoting sexual violence, non-consensual acts, or coercion. (b) Real Person Exploitation. Content that uses the likeness of real, identifiable individuals in sexual or defamatory contexts without their explicit consent. (c) Illegal Activities. Content that promotes, facilitates, or provides instructions for illegal activities, including but not limited to drug manufacturing, weapons creation, or human trafficking. (d) Hate Speech. Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics. (e) Harassment and Threats. Content that constitutes harassment, bullying, stalking, or threats of violence against any individual.
Elyvie's current moderation approach is based on human review and user reports. (a) UGC Character Review. Elyvie reviews user-generated characters for compliance with this policy, including age presentation and prohibited content concerns. (b) Email-Based Reporting. Users can report suspected violations or complaints by emailing jenny@elyvie.ai. Reports should include enough detail for the team to locate the relevant content. (c) Human Assessment. The Elyvie team reviews reports and available context to determine whether the content violates this policy. (d) Appropriate Action. Depending on the issue, Elyvie may remove or edit content, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts, or take other appropriate steps.
We encourage users to report content or behavior that may violate this policy. (a) How to Report. Users can report violations by emailing jenny@elyvie.ai with a description of the issue. Please include as much detail as possible, such as character names, conversation IDs, image URLs, screenshots, or other information that helps us locate the content. (b) Review Process. Reports are reviewed by the Elyvie team. We prioritize reports involving potential CSAM, minors, or imminent threats of harm. (c) Reporter Protection. We handle good-faith reports with care and do not intentionally disclose a reporter's identity except as needed to investigate, comply with law, or protect safety. (d) Outcome. After review, Elyvie may remove content, edit or unpublish a character, restrict or terminate an account, contact the reporter where appropriate, or take other action consistent with this policy.
Depending on the nature and severity of a confirmed violation, Elyvie may take one or more of the following actions: (a) Content Action. Remove, edit, or unpublish violating content or characters. (b) Account Action. Warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in violations. (c) Report Handling. Request additional information from the reporter or affected user when needed to review the concern. (d) Legal Escalation. Report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities where required by law or necessary to protect safety. (e) Policy Updates. Update this policy or related guidance as we learn from reports and moderation decisions.
