Pricing FAQ

How much does Elyvie cost?
Text chat is free: on the web, a free account has no daily message cap; on Telegram, 60 messages a day are free. Credits are only needed for premium features: AI-generated photos (2 credits) and voice replies (1 credit per play after your first 3 free plays). New users get 10 free credits on signup. Packages start at $1.99 and credits never expire.
What can I use credits for?
Credits pay for three things: AI-generated photos in chat (2 credits each), voice replies from supported characters (1 credit per play after your first 3 free plays), and locked photos in a character's gallery (2 credits each; your first unlock with each character is free). Text chat, character memory, relationship stages, and the photos and clips characters send in chat are free.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay (via Stripe) and USDT on the Polygon blockchain. Card payment is the easiest option — just click, pay on Stripe's secure checkout page, and credits are added automatically. For crypto, connect any Web3 wallet and pay on-chain.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Buy once, use whenever you want — no monthly reset, no subscription, no hidden fees. Your credits stay in your account until you use them.
What is the first-purchase bonus?
Your very first credit purchase on Elyvie gets a +25% bonus — extra credits on top of any package you buy. It's a one-time welcome gift that applies to whichever package you choose for your first purchase.
How do voice replies work?
After sign-in, supported companions' messages have a play button. Press it to hear that reply in the character's voice. Audio never plays on its own, and the written message stays visible. Your first 3 plays are free; after that, each play costs 1 credit.
Can I get a refund?
Due to instant credit delivery, we cannot offer refunds on purchased credits. However, if an image generation fails, the credit is automatically refunded to your account.
Why no subscription?
We believe in pure pay-as-you-go pricing. No monthly commitments, no auto-renewals, no surprise charges. Buy credits when you want them, use them at your own pace, and they never expire. Simple.
