Elyvie works in any modern browser on phones, tablets, and desktops, and there's an Android app on Google Play. The interface is mobile-first and responsive.

The interface supports English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Portuguese. AI characters can chat in all supported languages and adapt to whichever language you use.

No. Elyvie works directly in your browser, so there's nothing to install. If you'd rather use an app, there's also an Android app on Google Play.

Wallet sign-in has ended. Email jenny@elyvie.ai: after you prove you own the wallet by signing a short message we send you, we'll move your account to Google sign-in and restore your credits. You can also ask us to export or delete the account, with the same verification.

Yes. Elyvie uses a two-tier memory system. Short-term memory keeps a rolling summary of your conversation for continuity. Long-term memory extracts facts about you — your name, interests, preferences — and stores them permanently. Memories persist across sessions and are private to each character.

Each character has 5 trust levels that progress through conversation. Early on, characters are friendly but guarded. As trust builds, they share personal stories, vulnerabilities, exclusive photos, and deeper conversations. Progress is organic — no paywall required.

Each Elyvie character has a handcrafted 'soul' — a rich narrative document defining their identity, daily life, voice, emotional logic, and relationship progression. They text naturally with short messages, slang, and emojis, not like a corporate chatbot.

Yes. You can chat with as many characters as you like. Each character maintains independent memories of you, so your conversations with one character are private from others.

When a character wants to show you something that isn't in their pre-uploaded library, they can generate a new AI image. This costs 2 credits and produces a unique photo based on the conversation context.

Characters share photos (selfies, daily life shots, personal moments) and short video clips. The type of media shared depends on the character's personality and your relationship stage.

Yes. All photos and media shared by characters can be viewed and downloaded directly from the chat interface.

After sign-in, supported companions' messages have a play button. Press it to hear that reply in the character's voice. Audio never plays on its own, and the written message stays visible.

Only companions with a reviewed voice mapping offer voice replies. Other characters stay text-only, and chatting with them works the same.

No. Elyvie does not currently offer live voice calls. Voice replies are on demand, so you choose when to listen.

Yes. Voice replies play in signed-in chats. Chat is free, and your first 3 plays are free too.

Yes. All conversations are completely private to your account. We do not share, sell, or use your messages for any purpose other than powering your companion experience. We don't use your content for AI training.

No. Each character's memory of you is isolated from other users. Nobody else can see your conversations, relationship progress, or any data associated with your account.

For card payments, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card details.

Elyvie allows creative freedom in conversations. Characters can discuss a wide range of topics naturally within their personality. All content is private between you and the character.

On the web: open the menu at the top right → Delete account. In the Android app: Me → Delete account. Without signing in, use the deletion request page: elyvie.ai/account/delete-request. Your conversations and memories are erased immediately.
